How does my client know the report comes from Crawlix.io?
They don't. Every report is individually created with your logo, colors, and contact details. Crawlix.io is completely invisible to your client. You are the provider.
How much can I mark up over the wholesale price?
That's entirely up to you. Typical agency selling prices are between 1.5 and 3 times the wholesale price. For the Roadmap package (€350), €700 to €1,050 are realistic selling prices — a margin of 100 to 200%.
Do I need SEO knowledge to explain the report?
No. The report is structured so you can walk through it with your client — even without SEO expertise. The Playbook package includes an explanation call that we can conduct directly with your client on request (white-label).
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You order audits as needed — one or one hundred. No subscription, no minimum volume, no contract. You only pay when you order an audit.
How quickly is the report delivered?
Standard delivery time is 48 hours after ordering. The Playbook package includes priority processing with 24-hour delivery.
In which languages is the report available?
Currently German, English, and Czech. Additional languages on request. White-label branding works in all available languages.
What happens if my client is not satisfied?
If the report doesn't contain the described content, we refund the wholesale price in full. You have complete control over your pricing with your client.
Can I use the report for my own website?
Yes. Many partners first order an audit for their own website — to test the product and experience the report themselves. Afterward they're much more confident in sales conversations.
How do I receive invoices for accounting?
After each order you automatically receive a tax-compliant invoice by email with all relevant information. VAT handling according to applicable law.
